Things are indeed starting to open up …

 

Things are indeed starting to open up …. things are getting busier … are your ready? … am I ready?

This week, as I was thinking about that, a thought of a simple strategy I used to use during times when things were super busy came to mind …

That simple strategy is something I call my S.O.S. strategy … we can think of S.O.S. as it is commonly applied, and indeed at times those could be helpful for sure. 

For me, my S.O.S. strategy has a simple meaning … 

Sound. of. Silence .

Quiet. 

One thing that I find restores and refreshes me so much is quiet …

That can mean … finding a quiet corner in the house, a moment out on the deck alone, or a walk on a trail … 

So I’m adding this simple strategy into this new season … and maybe you may like to too 🌸

In closing, still one of my favourite verses …

“Be still, and know that I am God”   Psalm 46:10
