Stop and go ☀️

 

Hope you are doing well 🌸

It’s an on-the-go kind of summer ☀️

And in the midst of the GO

I am reminded of the importance to also STOP

STOP and …

Breathe

Rest

Pray

He restores my soul; He guides me in the paths of righteousness For the sake of His name. Psalm 23:3

We can and we should go and do all the things we are called to do. 

Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, Mathew 28:19

But in the midst of our going, a gentle reminder to also stop. 

Then Jesus said, “Let’s go off by ourselves to a quiet place and rest awhile.”  Mark 6:31

For it is there that we find the strength to go.
