What’s your main thing?
What’s your word?
The Bible tells us each of us has a unique call.
For I know the plans I have for you.
And what’s more, it’s a different word for each of us.
For any kind of business ministry it can be helpful to know what is our main thing that we are called to do.
I remember when I was starting my business, my blog I was trying to figure out what was my main thing?
Sometimes we are so close to things. We can’t see the wood for the trees.
That was me.
At the same time …
I would have such an incredible joy when meeting the people of the nations.
I would feel myself in tears having such a burden for immigrants in cultures that didn’t understand them.
I would find myself connecting with those who had lived, were living in, or wanted to someday, live in the nations of the world.
Slowly and gradually it started to dawn on me … maybe it’s the nation’s … maybe it was the nation’s all along.
Tentatively I shared with some of my spiritual sisters who had known I was on this quest … could it, would it really be the nations along? They gave me the knowing smiles of those who at times know us better than we know ourselves. They smiled and encouraged me, yes, of course was the nations all along.
This helped me to see it.
And once I could see it I started to believe it.
And once I believed it I started to see it even more.
This past year we have been to more nations than I could have imagined.
Taiwan, Canada yes, but also America, England and Scotland fulfilling prophetic words given long ago. Then Dubai a gift of a trip and a new vision. Later in the year Australia Singapore and Macau. I had a sense there would be one more trip before the end of the year which seemed almost impossible but God did it again and in a few days time we are heading to Thailand to celebrate our 22 year wedding anniversary.
What’s your word? In one word what is Gods word for you - prayer, preaching, family, love? it’s different things for each of us.
See it.
Believe it.
Believe it
And you will see it all the more.
God gave me a surprise with my word for this coming year this morning. Δot it.
I’m going to do the same process.
See it. Yes.
Believe it.
Believe it
And see it all the more.
If you are seeking yours think about what brings you joy, makes you cry, and what comes to you, what connections you easily make?
And if you need more help, reach out to your spiritual sisters who may well also help you to see the wood for the trees.
And if you need prayer let me know.
I would love to hear your word.
Whether for life. Or for what God is putting on your heart for this year.
One thing I know for sure …
God is looking over His word to fulfil it.
And it starts with seeing and believing.
Along the journey with you π
Much love π
